| Best and most honest service ever!!! |

| I recently brought my car into Napa after a check engine light came on. The code showed ?engine underboost,? which pointed to a failing turbo. Mid day, they updated me via text and explained the situation clearly. I was already bracing myself for what I thought would be a very expensive repair and even started wondering if it was worth keeping the car. When I went to pick up my vehicle after the regular service was complete, the team went above and beyond. They let me know that after doing some extra research, they discovered this turbo issue might actually be covered under a special coverage program through Chevrolet. Sure enough, when I brought my car to GM, it was fully covered! Because of Napa?s honesty and thoroughness, they saved me at least $2,500. I can?t thank them enough for looking out for me. I will absolutely be going back and highly recommend their service to anyone looking for trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanics. |
