| Service was amazing! I had an emergency with my car and they took me in no problem. I told them I had a wedding the next day and if they could make a miracle happen so I had my car back I would be so happy! They had my car fixed for the next day. True professionals and outstanding customer service! |

| I've been going to Brandon and Jason's Napa before they were Napa, approximately 15+ years. They're honest and thorough with the work they've done on my cars. I've moved out of the city, but still travel the distance to use their repair shop when needed. Excellent service. |

| Good service, very detailed and thorough. My only suggestion is having the mechanic actually talk to the customer. I really like Carling and she does well at explaining things, but to be able to talk directly to the mechanic at which time he may even be able to show you any issue or work done directly, would really be appreciated. I didn't even know who did the work on my vehicle and did have some questions later that I may have had at the time had I been informed of them during or immediately after the job was done. Otherwise, great job - thanks very much. |

| Service completed satisfactory, burnt out backup light mentioned but not replaced. All else great as usual. |

| fees and charges are unreasonably high. every time, except the 1st time that I was lured in to come to Poco, I leave the office feeling overcharged which is not good feeling. |
